There are no words. I am overwhelmed.....speechless. Last nite’s Quantum Breathwork was life-changing....a dramatic statement for sure, but true. I made a connection that affirmed what I hoped about the hereafter and I needed that. I was allowed to feel and experience things that were necessary for me to move forward

The Living In-Lightenment course with Karen was a very transformational course.  It went deep and allowed things inside me to be revealed, 

released and grounded my strengths.  I feel more peace and I have arrived!  Karen is a gifted facilitator, this class did not disappoint!

Thank you for your workshop Gifts of Mother Mary and Messages of Divine Guidance. All the way to your workshop, I was asking Mary to come to me with a definite message. I wanted to see a sign that I was on the right path. When you did your meditation you talked about support all around us, guiding us. Then you specifically started talking about us being a “beacon”. This was my sign! Then I could smell nothing but roses! After the meditation you went around the room giving messages from Mary and as you got closer to me the smell of roses got more intense!

WOW is all I can say after your Angel Workshop! Not only did I get my guardian angel’s name when I woke up the night of the workshop but you also told us to ask for a sign from our angels and I really didn’t know why but I asked for a “heart” and the next morning, I went to take my grandson out, and there on my steps was a red heart!. I have a whole new outlook on this world! Thank you so much! You have opened my eyes and I am thirsty for more!

My husband and I came to your Quantum Breathwork session.  He was having an extremely difficult time dealing with the tragic death of our son last July.  He was extremely depressed and unable to cope. I noticed a change in him immediately after the session.  Friends noticed the sudden change in him and were commenting on it. He was grieving so that he could barely get out of bed, was not going to work, and isolating himself from people.  He changed that night. Thank you for bringing my husband back to me.

We are blessed to have you as our mentor and inspiration. You and your classes (and of course the Angels) have helped me to find the faith in myself and the trust in the universe to make life changing choices. Thank you for "sparking the light" in me and starting me on this path of love, spirituality  & service. 

I just loved your class and the Breathwork was mind blowing. 

During the retreat I experienced such a deep healing, releasing, clarity and force of love! The healing of love that you created for all of us was empowering and healing beyond words. I deeply know that this is life changing for me.

Your Breathwork class was so amazing I can't stop talking about it. Never in my life have I experienced such richness and joy while at the same time feeling such intense sadness and anger.  WOW!  What a rush! 

Thank you for the retreat in Longwood, FL. I was moved and very touched by your kind words and positive spirit. It was a transformational weekend for me and the group as a whole. Miracles have been occurring even more now and everyone around me notices I have more peace and love.
